10P and Mrs Campbell show Corpus how it's done! 10P were involved in the 'Diamond Ranking' initiative set out by the school. The aim of the task was to discuss a relevant topic. The boy's chose 'The misuse of Alcohol and Drugs'. After a class discussion on the main causes of drug and alcohol abuse, 10P summarised lots of points down to ten. Mrs Campbell then organised for some rather big diamonds to be made as well as smaller diamond cards, detailing the effects of alcohol and drug misuse.

The boy's got into small groups and built their diamond. They had to decide which issue they found to be the most important down to the least important. The pupils and Mrs Campbell really enjoyed the 'Diamond Ranking' activity and the boys really got to grips with the key issue of how the misuse of drugs and alcohol can affect us all. A big thank you has to go to classroom assistant Mrs McFerron for all her help on preparing the diamonds.
