Overview
This course has been operating in Corpus Christi College for 3 years with a 100% pass rate. In the past students have gone on to claim places at Queens University and University of Ulster to study science.
The course is run in collaboration with the University of Ulster. Students will spend 4 days a week in the College and Friday will be spent studying at the University where you will work with students from 10 other secondary schools. A Summer School is organised for one week during the month of June in Coleraine., This will provide students with an extra 60 UCAS points (this is equal to a Grade D at A Level), and can be used when applying for University.

Assessment and Grading
Two thirds of the final grade is from portfolio-based coursework. One third of the final grade is from externally set exams. Each unit is worth 8.3% of the final grade
